Better Way to Layout Newly-Purchased Chelsea Studio? -- Good Questions

Q: After many years of renting in NYC, I bit the bullet and started shopping for studios in Manhattan. After seeing what can only be described as glorified dorm rooms on a champagne budget, I finally stumbled upon a gem in Chelsea. This studio has the rare separate kitchen and a huge closet, 11 foot ceilings and white painted brick.
